I really enjoyed this episode, particularly Harry's discussion of the evolving role of open-source at Microsoft. It's great that there are voices like his (along with people like ScottHa, Phil Haack, Rob Conery, Glen Block, and not to mention The Gu himself) at Microsoft working to change attitudes and practices. Also really liked the level of detail Harry went into about the way IronPython works, like the boxing and unboxing issue. Too often in podcasts we get marketing-level discussions of new technologies, which really aren't that interesting to developers.
