John Stockton is currently a RIA Developer at Ascentium where he builds Silverlight applications for major companies such as Microsoft and T-Mobile. His career has included building web applications for Fortune 500 companies such as GE, NEC, National City Bank and Sherwin Williams as well as government agencies like the Ways and Means Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives. John has recently been spreading the virtues of Silverlight by presenting at user groups, code camps and most recently the CodeMash conference. Last fall he also co-authored Silverlight 2 in Action with Chad Campbell.
